DATA PROCESSING

The data processing department is the hub of KA Mailers.  This is where it all begins.  We can remove duplicates based on your specifications using our merge/purge software.  We can also NCOA and address standardize your list so that undeliverable addresses can be removed.  This can save you money on both postage and printing costs by eliminating mail that can’t be delivered.  By presorting and bar-coding your files, you can save even more money with postal discounts.

 We can keep your list in-house and perform all the updates for you or we can restructure your purchased list to meet your specifications.  KA Mailers can convert your list and return it to you in the format you are most comfortable with.
